Regional Parking Operations manages the Downtown Oakland parking facility located at 410 – 19^th Street. The garage entrances are located at 19^th Street between Franklin and Broadway Streets and Franklin Street between 19^th and 20^th Streets.  Hours of operation are 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The parking garage offers parking for bicycles and has E.V. charging stations.  The pedestrian bridge which crosses Franklin Street links on the 3^rd floor of the garage to the 2^nd floor conference room area of the 1950 Franklin Building.  Monthly parking cardholders have 24/7 access to the garage and doors to the garage. ** Due to the pandemic, only the Franklin side access to the garage is open until further notice.

Regional Parking Operations manages the Berkeley parking lot located at 1795 2nd Street.  The lot entrance is located on 1795 2nd Street and between Virginia Street and Hearst Avenue.  Hours of operation are 24/7.  The lot is available to Berkeley complex employees 24/7 by employee ID badge only.
