Regional Parking Agreement
This form is only for current monthly parkers NOT those on the wait list. Select your primary garage and read the policy. Click on the Agreement link to complete the form. By completing the agreement you are agreeing to the policies.
- You are required to fill out and agree to the parking rules and regulations to obtain access to the Berkeley Campus Parking Lot.
- You are required to keep your information current and to fill out a web base application form when requested.
- Parking access is obtained with your employee KP ID badge. If your employee KP ID badge cannot be programmed for parking, you will need to obtain a new badge from Regional Security.
- Your KP ID badge is always to be used to operate the entrance and exit gates at the Berkeley Campus Parking Lot. If your badge is not operating properly; you are requested to call Kaiser Regional Security (510) 987-3253.
- As a parker, you cannot loan your KP ID badge to another person.
- Employee can park one vehicle in the lot at a time. Violation of this policy will result in the immediate termination of your parking privileges.
- The speed limit in the lot is five (5) miles per hour.
- Please park in the center of each space. Cars that continually neglect to park between the lines are subject of being ticketed/towed from the lot at owners expense.
- Kaiser Permanente reserves the right to modify or change parking rules and regulations or void Parking Hang Tags for parking.
- If your vehicle is in violation of these parking rules, regulations and/or contract, it will be subject to towing at your expense.
- If you consistently break the parking rules and regulations your parking may be revoked.
Your badge id (number in the red bracket) is on the back of your Employee Badge:

- Your Parking Permit Hang Tag should be displayed according to policy at all times to be eligible to park in the Richmond Marina Way South parking lot.
